Abstract

In this research, the authors want to test the role of transformational leadership and organisational communication in influencing organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the maximum digital agent aggregator company for the north central Java region, the company has a population of 62 employees, and in this study the authors want research with a confidence level of 95% with a margin of error of 5%, therefore in this study using 54 respondents using the Slovin formula. In this study the authors used a 5-point Likert scale in analysing 42 indicators to analyse the relationship between transformational leadership and organisational communication in influencing organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)..
