PENYULUHAN MANAJEMEN EVENT KEAGAMAAN YANG EFEKTIF DAN EFISIEN DI MASJID (PADA MASJID BESAR BAITURRAHMAN TEMBALANG SEMARANG)

Abstract

Religious activities at the mosque are important for enhancing the spiritual and social quality of the community, but they are often hindered by management constraints such as lack of planning and clear task distribution. The aim of this activity is to enhance the capacity of mosque administrators in managing religious events by applying management principles such as planning, organizing, executing, and controlling.

Methods in this activity include training, mentoring, and simulation of structured religious activity planning. The materials cover proposal preparation, time management, budget management, and evaluation. The results show an increase in the understanding and skills of mosque administrators in organizing religious events that are more structured and have a positive impact on the congregation. It is hoped that the management of religious events in the mosque can be more optimal, increasing congregation participation, and strengthening the mosque's role as a center for religious and social activities in the community.
