Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of rotation and competence on employee performance at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of South Sulawesi. The research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 65 employees. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. The results show that employee rotation has a positive and significant effect on performance, where a well-implemented rotation system enhances motivation and job satisfaction. Employee competence also has a positive and significant impact, as adequate skills and knowledge improve work effectiveness. Overall, rotation and competence are crucial factors in enhancing employee performance. This study recommends that BNN implement a strategic rotation policy and continuous training programs to optimize employee performance.
