This study was designed to aim whether discipline motivation and work environment affect the performance of nurses at RSI Arafah Rembang, a total of 88 nurses. then using saturated samples taken from all nurses at RSI Arafah Rembang. Using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that motivation, discipline and work environment have a significant positive effect on the performance of nurses at RSI Arafah Rembang. The value of the coefficient of determination indicates the ability of the independent variables, namely motivation, discipline and work environment, only able to explain the dependent variable, namely employee performance by 42%, the remaining 58% is explained by other variables outside this study.References
