PENYULUHAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MEMASUKI DUNIS USAHA DAN DUNIA INDUSTRI PADA LPK BELVAKARANGAWEN DEMAK

Abstract

The company currently needs the performance of its employees / human resources who are immediately ready to work according to their expertise and other skills such as soft skills, because of the very rapid development, we from STIE Pelita Nusantara Semarang together with LPK Belva Demak conduct training in the form of counseling with the target of training participants at LPK Belva Demak. With the counseling that we convey, we are very well received as a provision for them to enter the company or the world of DUDI

At the time of implementation there were 3 materials that we conveyed, namely, getting to know the 5S concept, Occupational health and safety and more in-depth material about the Soft Sheet itself. We think the three materials provided to the training participants are sufficient to become provisions and can immediately apply their knowledge while working.
