PERAN KETERLIBATAN KERJA TERHADAP PERILAKU INOVATIF DAN KINERJA STUDI PADA INDUSTRI KREATIF
Abstract
Penelitian ini menyoroti pemahaman kontekstual tentang konsep kinerja karyawan dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor keterlibatan kerja dan perilaku inovatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 154 responden yang bekerja di industri kreatif di Surabaya. Kuesioner tersebut mencakup pengukuran yang ditetapkan terkait dengan keterlibatan kerja, perilaku inovatif, dan kinerja karyawan. Metode PLS digunakan dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan keterlibatan kerja terhadap perilaku inovatif maupun perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keterlibatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, analisis mediasi menggunakan metode bootstrapping menunjukkan bahwa perilaku inovatif memediasi parsial hubungan antara keterlibatan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini meningkatkan pemahaman bagaimana keterlibatan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku inovatif.
