PERAN INTERNAL DAN EXTERNAL KNOWLEDGE CAPABILITY DALAM INOVASI MODEL BISNIS UKM SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh internal knowledge capability dan external knowledge capability terhadap inovasi model bisnis UKM saat Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian mengambil objek penelitian di UKM batik tulis Lasem di Kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah. Total populasi ada 107 UKM dan responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 UKM yaitu yang mengembalikan kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internal knowledge capability berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inovasi model bisnis UKM, external knowledge capability berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap inovasi model bisnis UKM dan internal knowledge capability dan external knowledge capability secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inovasi model bisnis UKM. Adjusted R square mempunyai nilai sebesar 0.178. Artinya faktor-faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini meliputi internal knowledge capability dan external knowledge capability mempunyai pengaruh terhadap inovasi model bisnis UKM sebesar sebesar 17.8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 82.2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model yang diteliti.
