PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN KERTASMAYA KABUPATEN INDRAMAYU
Abstract
This study aims to determine how much influence the Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Kertasemaya District Office of Indramayu Regency. The data in this study were obtained by observation, interviews, and using statement questionnaires distributed to 42 respondents and all of them were employees at the Kertasemaya District Office in Indramayu Regency.
This study uses an associative descriptive method, the independent variable of this study is Work Discipline and Work Motivation, while Performance becomes the dependent variable. Work Discipline has a direct and positive effect on Performance included in the Medium category, Work Motivation has a direct and positive effect on Performance including the Very Low category, Work Discipline has a direct and positive influence on Work Motivation included in the Medium category, Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a positive and direct effect on Performance is included in the Medium category.Keywords
