Abstract

This research to identify factors that affect performance. The research was done by quantitative approach. Variable which is variable of motivation, training and compensation. Technique of sampling at research location by paying attention amount of population that is 50 people, hence sampling technique using census method, that is all population used as research sample.

                    Analysis of data using IBM SPSS 20.0 for Windows, the results show there is a positive and significant influence of variable motivation on employee performance, training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of this study also indicate the existence of other factors affecting employee variables, so next for future research can add work environment variables, work culture and other variable.
